Multi-tiered and challenging simulation
Constructing your city from the ground up is easy to learn, but hard to master. Playing as the mayor of your city you’ll be faced with balancing essential requirements such as education, water electricity, police, fire fighting, healthcare and much more along with your citys real economy system. Citizens within your city react fluidly, with gravitas and with an air of authenticity to a multitude of game play scenarios.
Extensive local traffic simulation
Colossal Order’s extensive experience developing the Cities in Motion series is fully utilized in a fully fleshed out and well-crafted local traffic simulation.
Districts and Policies
Be more than just an from city hall. Designating parts of your city as a district results in the application of policies which results in you rising to the status of Mayor for your own city.
Utilize the Day and Night Cycle
The city changes during the hours of the day and affects citizen schedules. Traffic is visibly slower at night and some zoned areas do not work with full efficiency. This expansion will put you in control of managing the different aspects of the day and night cycles.
Extensive modding
Build or improve on existing maps and structures. You can then import them into the game, share them as well as the creations of other city builders on the Steam workshop.

The solution is very simple, you need to access the folder: C:\s()\AppData\Local\Colossal Order and delete it, if you want to save your saves, copy the files in “C:\s\()\AppData\Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines\Saves”.
If you have any mods or assets you wanna save, dont forget to update them on steam.
Games come to the end of loading and just get back to desktop
i can’t load my save game either. it closes and goes back to the desktop…

Does this include the main game and all other DLC’s?
update installer is not showing and think mouse courser loads for two sec and then nothing helps can you help me
Is it somehow possible to just activate specific DLC’s? I already saw, that you can disable all in the steam_emu file, but couldn’t find out weather you can disable / enable specific ones…
Found out how it works:
1) Open the “steam_emu.ini” file in the installation folder
2) Scroll down to “DLCUnlockall=1” and change the 1 to a 0
– If you don’t want to use any DLC you’re done here. Just restart the game
3) Start a new line and enter “UnLockListedDLCOnly=1”
4) Scroll down to “#ID=Name” make a new Line
5) Go to this website “https://steamdb.info/app/255710/dlc”
6) Write the new line like following
APPID=NAME
(from the website)
e.g. 369150=After Dark
and so on for each DLC
Games come to the end of loading and just exit
