When i start installing it never finishes or even start.Where its supposed to tell you how much did it install it just shows grey and never blue.I’ve waited like that for like 30 mins-1 hour and yet nothing.Any fix ?

I install it. Transfer the files from Skidrow folder to the game folder. When I press the game launcher it opens a black window and it closes after a few seconds. I’ve disabled my firewall made the whole folder an exclusion on my antivirus and windows defender. Open as . I tried everything and nothing works. I’m 64 bit as well.
