there are ways to unlock the DLCs, apparently the game is shipped with DLCs but it is locked. You have to edit the flt.ini file and “” it from the DLC menu in the game. Language for some reason is still bugged.

The language problem for me was fixed by setting my display language to english (united states). The controller works if you use the goldberg crack, but the dlc only works with the FLT one. What you can do is get the dlc on FLT crack claiming the items with the keyboard, save. Apply the goldberg crack, move the save to the appropriate folder (yes, they save in different folders), start the game with controller and dlc items working.

Umhh have you tried to DLCs first, with the stock steam_api64 file, then once all DLCs are on the save to replace that file with the one which makes controller work? It may work, not sure but let me know if you try

For FLT version games you cannot run ‘setup.exe’ means don’t extract the files from the .iso. Instead, mount the .iso file and run the installer from the autorun that prompted after mounting the .iso file.

Para fazer o controle funcionar, você não precisa baixar nada, basta marcar a caixa em propriedades no ícone do jogo: desativar otimização de tela cheia. Ainda assim a DLC não irá funcionar, porque isso é problema do crack.
To make the controller work, you don’t need to anything, just check the box under properties on the game icon: disable full screen optimization. Still DLC won’t work, because that’s the crack problem.

Those stuck on german – after installing the game, install the DLC per its instructions, if still showing german (probably) you have to set windows to English (united states) – it will then load the gmae in english…

Unfortunately, there is currently no way at all.
I finally fixed the language so for some reason if ur PC is set to anything other than English (US) this stupid game defaults to German -_-
So first don’t click any links any one posts they are likely viruses… Duh
Press windows key and type “Language settings”
Once in there select “Add a language”
Then search for simplified English… Ehh I mean English (United States)
It will then ask u to sign out so it can apply let it do it’s thing when ur PC loads back up the game will now be in English
I then recommend if ur keyboard is not of the US layout go back to “Language settings” and change the language option for ur keyboard back to what ever layout ur keyboard is

Brasileiros: para colocar o jogo em br caso não esteja direto, vá aonde está instalado no endereço C:\Games\Tales of Arise\Engine\Binaries\ThirdParty\Steamworks\Steamv149\Win64 e abra os arquivos ”flt.ini” e ”steam_emu.ini” com um bloco de notas( pode renomear a extensão para .txt e depois volta para .ini), e dentro desse arquivo no bloco de notas procure onde esta escrito Language=english e coloque Language=brazilian e salve. Lembre de deixar novamente os arquivos como .ini no final para funcionar.
The controller doesn’t work with this cracked version. If you overwrite steam_api64.dll that the controller works, the DLC will not work and you will not be able to use the existing save file. Anyone know how to use the controller? I tried all the methods on the internet, but to no avail. T–T

If u already changed crack files for controller + dlc with .exe files game gonna create everytime fresh gamefiles in “AppData\Local\BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment\Tales of Arise\Saved\SaveGames\” with random numbers. It’s the problem .exe file should edit again for it but it’s not my work area anyway.
1) backup your save files “AppData\Local\BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment\Tales of Arise\Saved\SaveGames\” probably u can find correct file with size of folder if u wanna guarantee it take every pieces files. After you done with backup files to anywhere just delete every files in SaveGames folder.
2) open your iso file ed from FLT torrent or part links.
3) “FLT\Arise\Binaries\Win64” you’ll see .exe file just copy it to your game directory already installed same way “Game Folder\Arise\Binaries\Win64\”
4) open game it’ll create new save file with random number into “AppData\Local\BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment\Tales of Arise\Saved\SaveGames\” again just accept any notify in game till main screen and exit game.
5) open your “AppData\Local\BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment\Tales of Arise\Saved\SaveGames” path again you’ll see a folder it’s your main savegame folder now u can copy your already backup files in to new created save file.
6) open your game this time game will recognize your save file.
also controller + dlcs work too with this method.
