Copy crack to the folder and turn off any antivirus that deletes crack files either that or just check the fucking marker of putting crack to the folder while you installing it is literally on the installer.

Either they did not check the right box in the installer/did not copy the crack or they had some stoopid AV on while installing and it quarantined the crack without their knowledge.

Of course the game works just fine although it started in a small window screen for me and i had to Alt+Enter to go full screen.

After the first cutscene the screen just stays black , i did copy copy the crack and turn off the anti malware . Someone please tell me what i should do
Update your drivers to the newest version make sure you have directx,VC Redist and java installed. Dirext x and VC redist all versions being installed are important for gaming and so does having the newest drivers either amd or nvidia don’t know which one you have. If you really technologically illiterate install driver booster newest version to check if your drivers are up to date that software is decent from my experience but installing drivers and software by yourself is better. If you have black screen it is usually indication that either vcc redist or directx is missing or amd or nvidia drivers are not up to date since game works perfectly for me.
Also if it still doesn’t work do what cutthecrap said install gog version or fitgirl version which is easier to install for all games for someone knew to pirating like yourself or try goldberg steam emulator his advice is also spot on,but I would advise checking if your drivers and software is up to date too just in case.
That’s good advice mate. I am so used to pirating that it did not even occur to me someone might not have the latest drivers, all the VC Redist or a proper Direct X installed before to attempt playing. First thing first. Duh.
GOG version was ed on this site just now. Install that and see if the issue still exists.
Right click on game folder then go to Properties and uncheck the ‘read-only’ box.
If that doesn’t help just head on to CS.RIN forum and get either FitGirl or Masquerade repack or the GOG version posted there.
There’s also a Goldberg Steam Emulator there in case your problem comes from the RUNE crack itself.
One of these will surely work for u.

Some people who installed Fitgirl repack are also facing the 1st cutscene crash so it has to be a crack related issue or even an original files issue occurring with some systems.
People posted possible fixes on fitgirl comments, so u may try that. Otherwise try the Goldberg emu or the GOG version and finally when all else fails, just wait for a patch from the devs to address the issue.
